Job Description
We are looking for an Used Car Purchasing Specialist who would facilitate buying vehicles from guests who wish to just sell their vehicle outright to the dealership. If you have a passion for the Automotive Industry and the customer service skills to assist our guests in selling their vehicles we encourage you to apply. We pride ourselves in servicing the community and want a dedicated individual who will be able to assist in this process. This role will also be encouraged to seek out available vehicles in the local market that may fill the inventory needs we have.

This entrylevel position will be responsible for taking care of customers in Minot Automotive Company Sales Department assisting in filling the inventory needs. Experience is NOT required for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customers perspective comes first.
- Presents a friendly professional greeting to customers and helps identify confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns.
- Ensures the customers needs are understood.
REQUIREMENTS:
- English speaking with bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Communication skills communicates effectively with others.
- Time management managing ones own time and time of others.
- Typing ability to type efficiently in order to input customer information.
- Mathematics figuring reconditioning costs and actual cash values of vehicles
- Basic computer skills.
