Job Description
Seeking qualified applicants for the Campus Recreation Graduate Assistant position. The position can be a oneyear or twoyear track. Available programs include Master of Science in Business Sports Management Track; Master of Education .; or Master of Science in Business Design & Innovation Track.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the planning and promotion of all intramural and Campus Recreation programming.
- Help with dayofevent logistics for every intramural and Campus recreation event.
- Assist with logistics and coordination of External Events hosted in Campus Recreation Facilities.
- Supervise student employees for our campus recreation facilities.
- Aid student leads with the scheduling of student employees.
- Run the social media accounts for Campus Recreation and Intramurals.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting presentation in all of our campus recreation facilities.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree
- Admission into Carthage Colleges graduate program
- Previous experience working with recreation programs or facilities.
- Excellent organizational interpersonal written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
