The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead and drive complex initiatives within our JAPACProfessional Services division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects managing crossfunctional teams and ensuring successful delivery of consulting services programs and projects that align with overall business objectives.

What youll do

• Program Leadership: Oversee and manage multiple projects ensuring seamless from initiation to completion.
• Project Governance: Establish program governance structure and best practices to maintain efficiency consistency and compliance.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify assess and mitigate risks proactively while resolving issues that may impact project delivery.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including executives and team members to provide regular updates and drive decisionmaking.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards and scorecards to track progress and measure success.
• Process Improvement: Continuously optimize program management methodologies and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelors degree in Business Management IT or a related field (Masters preferred).
• 5 years of experience in program or project management within a professional services or consulting environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex multiproject programs.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall Hybrid).
• Experience in change management and driving business transformation initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project Jira Asana or similar.
• PMP PgMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
