Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking an EXPERIENCED AUTO MECHANIC that can REBUILD ENGINES and TRANSMISSIONS.
This individual will keep our company vehicles and carpet cleaning equipment mechanically sound and in effective safe operating condition.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains all company vehicles and ensures they are in good running condition.
- Maintains all onlocation equipment in good running condition.
- Maintains all plant equipment in good running condition.
- Performs routine upkeep on vehicles.
- Troubleshoots mechanical problems; has ability to identify and repair them.
- Assists onroad staff when breakdowns occur.
Other
- Follows all applicable legislation and policies for safe operation of vehicle and equipment.
- Meets corporate standards for attendance and timeliness.
- Maintains effective working relationships and acts in a manner most beneficial to the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School completion or equivalent experience.
- Minimum one year of vehicle maintenance and mechanical maintenance experience including gasoline and propane power systems.
- Experience with Chevy Dodge and Ford vehicles beneficial

Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: Range $25 to $35 depends on experience
