Job Description
Vacancies currently currently exist for parttime Duty Aides to cover lunch and recess periods atRinging Rocks Elementary School. These are rewarding positions in a supportive team environment where your work makes a difference in the lives of young students.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Escort students from the cafeteria to the playground for recess; supervise students while on the playground ensuring their safety.
- Distribute lunch tickets to proper students; escort students to the cafeteria and supervise students in the cafeteria during lunch period.
- Escort students from the cafeteria to their encore classes and from classes to the playground.
- Monitor students as assigned.
- Work closely with the Assistant Principal/Principal and teachers.
- Maintain communication with guidance counselors when appropriate.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Principal/Principal.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma necessary
- Experience working with children preferred
- Must have current Act 34 151 & 114 Clearances
Pay:$14.93/hour
Hours:11:30 AM 2:30 PM 3 hours per day on student days only)
Location:Ringing Rocks Elementary School (Kindergarten through 2nd grade)
