Job Description
Aeris Resources are currently seeking applications for an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Advisor at our Cracow Gold Operations based in Central Queensland.
Reporting to the Health Safety Environment Community and Training Manager the OHS Advisor plays an integral part in helping the organisation maintain a safe and legally compliant mining operation.
In your day to day you will provide support to Cracow site operations ensuring legislative compliance with workplace health and safety requirements maintaining records supporting end to end injury management and assisting in incident investigations health and safety training and reporting.

About You:
Ideally you will have the following skills and qualifications.
- Diploma or Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Current CPR & First Aid Certification
- Australian manual C Class drivers license
- Experience with different WHS Systems software
- Experience in an OHS Advisor or Safety Representative role preferably within an underground mining environment
- Experience in an operational role in mining minerals processing and/or similar industry.
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills

Cracow Gold Operations is an established underground gold mine located near the towns of Cracow and Theodore in central Queensland and a short flight from Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. It is 100 owned and operated by Aeris Resources and holds a significant tenement package over the Cracow goldfields.
