Manage and lead the Business Finance function ensuring that they are aligned with the companys strategic goals and objectives. Be highly strategic in nature with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to complex financial problems. Develop Medium to Long Term financial and strategic plans working closely with Crossfunctional Senior Leadership and Finance Team. Manage cost centre budgeting/forecasting for various functional groups and analyse results on a monthly basis. Manage MIS and Incentive payout. Ensure that financial operations are compliant with all relevant regulations and standards. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Oversee all financial reporting analysis and planning & forecasting. Provide support for M&A activities including due diligence valuation and integration planning. Develop and implement SOP financial policies procedures and controls. Ensure that team members have the necessary resources tools and support to execute their work effectively. Build a culture of continuous improvement and lead change initiatives as necessary. Train and develop a highperforming team of finance professionals.
Requirements: Qualified CA with 10 12 Years experience. Strategic mindset with strong Business Finance background Demonstrated expertise in budgeting forecasting planning valuations and variance analysis experience in M&A will be added advantage. Strong understanding of accounting standards financial regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact with the internal and external stakeholders. Strong leadership and team management skills with experience managing large teams. Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions. Experience in a services organization is preferred. Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. |
