Job Description & Summary Sr Manager
Responsibilities:
Design and implement behaviorbased models such as risk/credit scoring and guide the adaptation of these models to evolving business needs.
Provide leadership and mentorship to analytics teams ensuring the delivery of highquality analytical solutions and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Guide and support project teams in the application of analytics tools and techniques and oversee the integration of analytical models into business processes.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to understand their business needs present analytical findings and translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients providing expert advice and recommendations on data analytics and modeling.
Oversee the endtoend process of analytics projects including scoping data collection model development validation and implementation.
Manage project timelines deliverables and resources to ensure successful project and adherence to deadlines.
Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in data analytics and modeling. Understanding of LLMs and GenAI/ AWS will be preferred.
