Customer Service Representative Part Time/Weekend
Salary: 25880 pro rata excellent benefits
Hours: 1520 hours per week Part Time 15 hours per week Weekend Only
Location: North Cheshire Trading Estate Prenton Way Birkenhead Prenton CH43 3ET
Due to remote location and shift pattern own transport is essential

Join us as a Customer Service Representative at SP Energy Networks.
In this fastpaced role youll be our customers first point of contact for electrical faults general enquiries power cuts as well as during largescale events like storms. Your calm demeanour prompt solutions and reassuring support will help resolve electrical faults and enquiries whilst always reinforcing our commitment to excellent customer service.
Your day will involve handling inbound calls answering customer enquiries providing updates on faults and coordinating with our incident controllers to log incidents. Youll also play a pivotal role in supporting our vulnerable customers and offering the extra care they need. This role is not just about managing calls; its about caring for our customers when they need it the most.

What Youll Be Doing:
Handling inbound and outbound customer communication.
Provide updates and reassurance to our customers especially the vulnerable.
Support customers across multiple channels with consistent kind communication.
Resolve issues promptly ensuring every customer feels heard valued and satisfied.
Maintain high customer service standards even during stormy weather.

Working Patterns: We operate 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
For part time staff our Shift Rota is 1520 hours over 34 days 2week rotations.
For weekend staff our Shift Rota is 15 hours between SatSun 6week rotations.
