We are currently searching for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant in our Charlotte NC office to join our growing team! You will assist in handling front desk activities and duties to both welcome clients to our office and answer phones. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of prior customer service experience be committed to providing an excellent client experience possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to switch quickly between multiple tasks / responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients to our office and coordinate scheduling / movement between conference rooms
  • Notify attorneys when their client arrives
  • Receive mail / packages and follow firm distribution processes
  • Answer phones and provide answers to frequently asked questions
  • Assist attorneys and staff with administrative tasks for files
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as receptionist
  • Great communication skills and customer service
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to move quickly between tasks
  • Highly organized
  • Prior experience in residential real estate preferred
