DAYTODAY
This fulltime auto dealership position typically works 5 days per week between Tuesday and Saturday. Our Sales Department is open 9AM to 7PM Tuesday through Friday and 9AM to 6PM on Saturdays. Our dealership is CLOSED on both Sundays and Mondays to provide a better worklife balance for our team.
As a Dealership Accounting Clerk Clerical Assistant you are vital to the operations of our dealership. You manage a variety of administrative duties. Always attentive to detail you break down car deals to verify that our documents are in compliance. You scan documents and keep everything organized within our systems. When deals are complete and verified you send them to the South Carolina DMV to be processed. Additionally you manage a variety of billing tasks. You take great satisfaction from successfully managing and finalizing our deals!

OUR IDEAL AUTOMOTIVE ACCOUNTING CLERK HAS THE FOLLOWING TRAITS:
- Valid drivers license
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Moderate experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not required
