This critical role is responsible for creating a delivery system that provides care to populations of patients in accordance with the mission vision and values of Rome Health. The Administrator is responsible for growing primary care and subspecialty services increased access of high quality profitable and marketable lines of business and has overall administrative responsibility for the operations of all components of practice operations. Focused on outcomes for populations the Administrator advances the clinical financial patient experience and operational performance of designated value systems and engages key stakeholders to determine care delivery improvement and collaboration opportunities across the network and community. Establishes a clear vision along with the CMO CMIO and COO for the service line with an emphasis on strategy operations and business planning. The Administrator of the Physician Practices will also:
Required Experience and Education:
Position requires a BS or BA in Business Administration Healthcare Administration or another relevant areas of study a MBA/MHA is strongly preferred. Progressive leadership experience of at least 510 years. Strong business and finance operations skills previous practice management experience is required. A demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects at the same time is necessary for success.
