We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Parts Manager to lead our team. Position Summary:

As the Parts Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the parts department ensuring efficient parts inventory management and providing exceptional customer service. You will lead a team of parts associates ensuring they meet company standards and customer needs. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills an indepth knowledge of automotive/powersport parts and a proven track record of managing parts operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daytoday operations of the parts department including inventory control procurement and sales.
  • Manage and train a team of parts staff ensuring they provide highquality customer service and meet performance expectations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure the timely ordering of parts from suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all parts transactions including purchases returns and stock levels.
  • Collaborate with service technicians sales teams and customers to ensure the availability of necessary parts for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase parts department profitability including special promotions and effective pricing strategies.
  • Resolve customer concerns regarding parts or related services promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure that the parts department adheres to all safety cleanliness and company policies.
  • Stay current with automotive trends parts availability and new product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a parts management or automotive parts position is required.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient with parts management software and Microsoft Office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or automotive certification preferred.
  • Valid drivers license.
