We are seeking a Senior Account Executive.You will be one of our first sales hires and actively build our sales process from the ground up. You will work closely with the CEO and COO and early customers to develop and execute sales strategies making a direct impact on our growth and success. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for midmarket and enterpriselevel accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers becoming a trusted advisor for their teams.
Develop and refine the sales process in close collaboration with leadership ensuring efficiency and efficacy.
Manage a robust pipeline using data and analytics to prioritize opportunities and forecast accurately.
Provide feedback to Product and Marketing to help shape the product roadmap and positioning.
Contribute to company growth by collaborating with our founders and crossfunctional teams to refine processes align on messaging and scale our gotomarket strategy.

Has a proven track record of enterpriselevel selling: consistently meeting or exceeding quota with deal sizes in the sixfigure plus range.
Is a consultative seller who can uncover pain points craft solutions and guide complex buying processes.
Has excellent communication skills and executive presence: able to engage effectively with Clevel executives and guide complex decisionmaking processes.
Is comfortable collaborating closely with Product Marketing and Operations giving feedback to shape product and gotomarket.
Selfstarter: You excel in unstructured and rapidly changing environments and you are able to achieve goals independently while supporting the team.
