The Opportunity
We are now seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Equity and Employment tax team Join where youll dive into exciting projects from day one. Forget just crunching numberswe go beyond traditional tax work helping businesses make smarter more strategic decisions.
What Youll Do
- Work closely with clients to solve real business challenges.
- Deliver toptier employment tax projects with technical excellence.
- Balance compliance work with strategic advisory projects.
- Help drive business growth by managing client relationships.
- Ensure we meet the highest quality and risk management standards.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Who You Are
Youre ambitious curious and ready to make a difference. You thrive in a team enjoy problemsolving and want to develop your skills in a global environment. Heres what were looking for:
- Experience in equity and/or employment tax (or a passion for learning!.
- A proactive energetic and forwardthinking mindset.
- Strong teamwork and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Technical expertise with a drive to keep learning.
- Solid project management skillsmeeting deadlines is your thing.
- Relevant qualifications (ATT ACA CA ACCA CTA Law or equivalent).
- Riskawareness and attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness and a clientfirst approach.
- A knack for problemsolving and clear communication.
- Background in professional services (a plus but not essential!.
