Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating meeting schedules and visitor arrangements.
Managing incoming/outgoing communications (calls & emails).
Managing orders of office supplies.
Supporting the organization of internal corporate events.
Coordinating the daily use and availability of company vehicles
Providing general administrative support across departments.
Entering and updating data in the companys CRM system.
Requirements:
12 years of experience in a similar administrative/receptionist role.
Bachelors degree in Shipping or Businessrelated fields (preferred).
Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook etc.
Strong communication organizational and critical thinking skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Monthly Gross Salary: 1.100
Fixed working hours: Monday to Friday 09:0017:30.
