POSITION SUMMARY
Become a Guest Service Support Expert and Create Unforgettable Experiences!
At Sheraton Heathrow Hotel its not just about serving food and drinks. Its about crafting a memorable experience for our guests from start to finish. As a Banqueting Waiter/Waitress youll be at the heart of this mission making sure everything runs smoothly from setting tables and assisting the kitchen to replenishing supplies and keeping work areas clean. Your role goes beyond just serving; youll help make every interaction feel special.
What Youll Do: Youll be the backbone of the food and beverage team ensuring the operations flow seamlessly. Whether youre setting the scene for a fantastic meal assisting with kitchen prep or cleaning up to make sure everything is ready for the next guest youll be actively contributing to the overall experience. Your tasks will involve being on your feet moving around the venue managing the menu and lifting items up to 50 pounds with assistance. Its all about staying handson and getting it right every time.

Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a food and beverage setting is a plus but not required
- No supervisory experience necessary
- No licenses or certifications needed
