You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThompson Gray is seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic to support European Command (EUCOM). The potential candidate must be flexible to work 2 months full time in Europe and 10 months in the United States on a parttime basis. Successful candidates will have excellent communication quantitative research and analytical skills in addition to the following skills and experience. Candidates must have GFEBS/GFEBSSA to be considered for this position.
Job Duties:
Respond to and solve user inquiries regarding GFEBS functionality errors and processes
Provide stepbystep guidance for troubleshooting systemrelated issues Monitor system performance and report any anomalies
Provide users with onsite and virtual training on auditable GFEBS processes as needed Develop and update user guides SOPs FAQs training products etc.
Generate reports on helpdesk performance recurring issues
Train Government employees on GFEBS processes Assist in testing system updates patches and upgrades
Ensure compliance with Army regulations and policies
Generate reports on helpdesk performance recurring issues for process improvement
Employ audit tools software and financial management systems used by the Army for tracking and analysis
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a US citizen and have a SECRET clearance.
Must have a bachelors degree in accounting Finance Information Technology or Business Management or a related field with 3 years of experience.
Must be able to clearly communicate with all levels of an organization to include senior military and civilian personnel.
Must be able to travel and work in Germany for 23 months per year.
Technical Proficiency
Indepth knowledge of all functional areas in GFEBS/GFEBSSA
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Experience with Service Now and ADVANA
