Job Description
Location: Syracuse New York Employment Type: FullTime
Opportunity Details: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Anesthesiologist to join our wellestablished team at a leading hospital in Syracuse. This fulltime position requires 2100 hours annually providing comprehensive anesthesia services for a variety of surgical procedures including vascular orthopedics spine general surgery urology obstetrics and gynecology. Minimal pediatric cases will be encountered primarily at an ambulatory surgery center (ASC).
Compensation and Benefits: The hospital offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:
- Compensation: $575000 for calltaking positions.
- SignOn Bonus: $125000.
- Retention Stipend: Available for the first 2 years.
- Premium Pay and Excess Call Pay: Opportunities for additional earnings.

- Malpractice Coverage: Paid malpractice including postemployment tail coverage.

Call Schedule:
- Standard call includes 1 weekend per month.
- 3 inhouse overnight calls every 2 months.
- 4 second calls every 2 months.
Requirements:
- Current New York State licensure and DEA registration are required.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
