Job Summary
MCGRATH ARLINGTON KIA is seeking an EXPERIENCED qualified Service BDC representative. We are looking for a longterm goaloriented individual with a strong history of performance in this position. This department handles 100 of all incoming service leads and calls into the dealership.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer all incoming phone calls according to the script and schedule a service appointment.
- Make several outbound calls per day.
- Log all Customercomments.
- Schedule a followup contact if no appointment is made.
- Contact Customers using scripts to schedule appointments for service.
- Contact Customers based on current marketing initiatives.
- Respond to Customer website requests.
- Contact service customers via email and phone to schedule service appointments.
- Follow up on Internet Customer emails according to a predetermined timeline.
- Notify the necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled.
- Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism salesmanship teamwork organization and customer service.
- Working PC knowledge & the ability to navigate the internet are required.
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
