Were searching for an exceptional Controller to lead the financial heartbeat of our HOA management operations in Prescott AZ. This isnt just about balancing the booksits about empowering our communities with sound financial strategy. Youll oversee accounting and finance functions lead our Portfolio Accountants Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable and Banking teams and bring clarity and vision to the financial management of our homeowners associations.
- Master Financial Oversight:Deliver precise reliable financial statements and provide deep insights to support our HOA leadership and Boards.
- Protect and Strengthen:Design robust internal controls and manage risks to ensure the financial health of our associations.
- Guide Compliance:Collaborate with external auditors and assist our HOAs with reviews compilations and audits seamlessly.
- Fuel Strategic Growth:Partner with leadership to shape financial strategies that optimize costs boost revenue and streamline operations.
- Build a Strong Team:Train and inspire our accounting staff fostering expertise and efficiency across the board.
- A Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in accounting and finance with a track record as a Controller.
- Strong command of accounting principles financial reporting and general ledger management.
- Analytical prowess and creative problemsolving skills.
- Clear confident communicationboth written and verbal.
