HEAD OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT / SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER Residential Lettings
Location: Limehouse E14
Salary: OTE 50k
Position: Permanent Full Time
Head of Property Management / Senior Property Manager A position has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager within the Docklands area preferably one who is ARLA qualified!
This is a superb opportunity to join an established property company with offices in the Docklands area.
You will need to have a great track record in Residential Property Management and currently be employed in a similar role.
You will be a real people person; be able to build and maintain relationships with Landlords Contractors and Tenants and be able to show empathy and understanding.
You must be able to problem solve effectively whilst staying calm under pressure all the qualities that someone already in this role will recognise immediately!
An ARLA qualification or similar would be helpful but the opportunity to qualify will be offered by the company.
The Company: Our client is a forwardthinking wellestablished property consultancy offering specialist estate agency services for owners occupiers or investors within the East London Area.
Skills required for this Head of Property Management / Senior Property Manager role will include:
- Experienced in Residential Property Management and ASTs
- A clear understanding of current lettings legislation
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload
- Problem solve effectively
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment
- Knowledge of the local area helpful
- ARLA qualification helpful or willing to work towards ARLA qualification
