What you will do:

Reporting to Senior Manager Lifecycle Marketing you will lead the and optimization of our email push notification and inapp messaging programs. This role will be responsible for developing a unified customer engagement strategy that aligns with our loyalty objectives and business goals ensuring a seamless and personalized customer experience.

This is a hybrid position 3 days in the office). Office location is 1303 Yonge Street Toronto.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the endtoend of email push and inapp campaigns ensuring seamless strategy creative development deployment and reporting.
  • Oversee and manage the campaign calendar to optimize messaging cadence prevent audience fatigue and maximize impact across channels.
  • Implement and refine segmentation strategies to ensure precise targeting for batch triggered and eventbased campaigns.
  • Build test and optimize templates within Adobe Experience Platform leveraging dynamic content and scripting for enhanced personalization.
  • Edit and troubleshoot HTML email templates to ensure mobile responsiveness and crossclient compatibility.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance tracking engagement metrics and driving continuous improvement through A/B and multivariate testing.

Qualifications:

  • Postsecondary education in a related field (Marketing Digital Marketing Project Management or equivalent).
  • Considerable experience in email push or lifecycle marketing preferably in a datadriven environment.
  • Proficiency in HTML for email with handson experience editing and troubleshooting email templates.
  • Experience managing crosschannel marketing campaigns including email push notifications and inapp messaging.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform and a strong understanding of email marketing fundamentals including segmentation personalization deliverability best practices and compliance regulations (e.g. CASL).
  • Familiarity with email marketing analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics) to track performance generate insights and optimize campaigns.
  • Understanding of push notification and inapp messaging best practices including optin strategies frequency capping and personalization.
