The Opportunity
CSL Seqirus is hiring a Senior Manager Customer Master Data Managementto join our US Customer Service teamin Summit NJ. Reporting to the Director of Customer Service this role is central to ensuring accurate customer account setup seamless contract implementation and the precise alignment of customer affiliations including Physician Buying Groups (PBGs)and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs).
As a strategic leader you will oversee the Data Control team drive operational excellence across ordertocash processes and lead multiple crossfunctional initiatives to support business transformation and commercial growth. This position requires a strong command of customer structures and data governance along with the ability to navigate complex environments and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
The Sr. Manager Customer Master Data Management is a highvisibility leadership role where your expertise in customer master data and affiliation management will directly impact operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across the US business.
