Job Description

The Opportunity

CSL Seqirus is hiring a Senior Manager Customer Master Data Managementto join our US Customer Service teamin Summit NJ. Reporting to the Director of Customer Service this role is central to ensuring accurate customer account setup seamless contract implementation and the precise alignment of customer affiliations including Physician Buying Groups (PBGs)and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs).

As a strategic leader you will oversee the Data Control team drive operational excellence across ordertocash processes and lead multiple crossfunctional initiatives to support business transformation and commercial growth. This position requires a strong command of customer structures and data governance along with the ability to navigate complex environments and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of customer master data operations ensuring timely contract setup account creation and compliance with affiliation structures (PBGs GPOs)
  • Maintain deep expertise in GPO and PBG alignment to support commercial accuracy and strategic
  • Partner with stakeholders across sales supply distribution operations and compliance to align processes and initiatives
  • Set strategic direction for data governance and operational processes within the US Customer Service organization
  • Manage and develop the Data Control team driving performance professional growth and team alignment
  • Review escalated cases resolve issues and implement preventative process improvements
  • Ensure processes meet all regulatory corporate and industry standards
  • Monitor service delivery against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and lead continuous improvement efforts
  • Deliver insights from customer data to inform business strategy and optimize service delivery
  • Manage multiple highimpact projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Champion innovation and calculated risktaking to advance operational capabilities

The Sr. Manager Customer Master Data Management is a highvisibility leadership role where your expertise in customer master data and affiliation management will directly impact operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across the US business.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Science or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or other regulated industry; experience with vaccines and/or biologics is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to navigate and adapt in a fastpaced complex business environment (minimum 3 years)
  • Preferred experience relevant to ordertocash processes customer account setup and data governance and contract implementation
  • Preferred experience with alignment of customer affiliations including Physician Buying Groups (PBGs)and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs)
