Responsibilities
The Director of Care Management is responsible for the administration and oversight of a continuum of child welfare services. This position oversees contractual requirements personnel and purchased services and supports to ensure exceptional quality of care and performance outcomes for ongoing child welfare cases. The Care Management Director establishes a practice culture supporting community based and least restrictive care with a focus on family preservation initiatives and kinship supports. This position is responsible for prudent and effective financial program management while concurrently leading the program to meet or exceed established safety permanency and wellbeing measures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelors degree in social services with at least ten years of related administrative and/or supervisory experience. Masters degree and professional licensure preferred.
Driving and Vehicle Requirements
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable personal transportation
- Good driving record
- Minimum automobile insurance coverage of $100000/$300000 bodily injury liability
