At aicoustics were building the quality layer for Voice AI. Our AIpowered speech technology turns any audio live or recorded into studioquality output in real time. Since our launch weve built a community of over 500000 users have processed more than 2 million audio files and signed contracts with leading audio brands like Elgato Radio France International or Deutsche Welle. We recently closed our 5M Seed round with leading investors like Partech and Connect Ventures alongside Inovia Capital FOV Ventures Intuition and Arc Investors.

Were an inperson team of audio and technology enthusiasts based out of Berlin. We love being in the office hanging out together and learning from each other everyday.

The ideal start date for this position is May 15 2025.
Tasks
- EndtoEnd Delivery: Architect develop and deploy both serverside and clientside components ensuring they integrate flawlessly.
- Frontend Development: Build interactive UIs with Svelte TypeScript and Tailwind CSS delivering responsive and accessible interfaces.
- Backend Services: Design and maintain FastAPIbased microservices and PostgreSQL schemas in AWS environments.
- FullStack Testing: Establish automated testing frameworks (Playwright for E2E Storybook for component tests) to maintain high code quality.
- Mentorship & Code Reviews: Review pull requests mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards across the stack.
Requirements
- FullStack Expertise: 4 years building production applications endtoend in a startup or agile setting.
- Frontend: Strong skills in Svelte TypeScript Tailwind CSS.
- Backend: Python and FastAPI (or equivalent frameworks) PostgreSQL.
- Cloud: AWS Docker Kubernetes
- Testing: Solid experience with unit integration and endtoend tests. For frontend testing we like to use Playwright and Storybook
