Job Description
Job Title: Experienced Plumber
About the Role:
Tivoli sWorld Construction & Temp Agency is actively hiring experienced plumbers to support our commercial and residential clients in Roanoke and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on field role for professionals who can work independently or as part of a crew ensuring plumbing systems are installed maintained and repaired to code and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret blueprints and building plans to determine plumbing layout
Install and repair water supply lines drainage systems gas lines and fixtures
Conduct tests for leaks using air or water pressure gauges
Troubleshoot system issues and perform preventative maintenance
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
Collaborate with general contractors electricians and HVAC techs on-site
Maintain accurate records of service calls materials used and time worked
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of verifiable plumbing experience (residential and/or commercial)
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems codes and tools
Ability to work from drawings technical manuals and specifications
Skilled in soldering brazing threading and pipe fitting
High school diploma or GED (required)
Valid Virginia Journeyman or Master Plumber License (preferred)
OSHA 10 or 30 Certification (preferred or willingness to complete)
Valid driver s license and reliable transportation

Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred Mechanical aptitude or prior experience in construction/HVAC is a plus Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various indoor/outdoor environments Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
