Atida France is looking for a resultsdriven Lead Traffic & Performance Marketing to own and elevate our digital acquisition strategy drive performance marketing initiatives and maximize traffic quality and ROI across paid and organic channels. This role is critical in scaling our customer base while ensuring efficient media spend strong campaign and a datadriven approach to growth.

You will collaborate closely with the MMS team commercial CRM analytics and pricing team to align campaigns with our commercial strategy and growth goals.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Marketing Strategy &
- Define and lead Atida Frances paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads Meta programmatic display affiliate and emerging channels.
- Manage and optimize digital media budgets to ensure ROIpositive performance and CAC efficiency in accordance with business strategiesupdates
- Constantly test and iterate new channels creatives and formats to unlock growth and manage A/B testing frameworks across campaigns landing pages
2. Traffic Acquisition & Optimization
- Drive qualified traffic to Atidas digital storefront through paid organic and referral channels.
- Ensure seamless campaign tracking and accurate attribution across channels and platforms.
- Work closely with SEO and content teams to improve organic performance and visibility.
- Analyze traffic quality user behavior and conversion funnels to continually improve performance.
3. Campaign Management & CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Plan and execute performance campaigns aligned with commercial events supplier promotions and strategic initiatives.
- Work alongside MMS and creative teams to ensure ads are engaging onbrand and conversionoptimized.
- Cooperate with Business to develop and manage retail media cobranded campaigns with external partners.
- Coordinate with CRM to ensure seamless user journeys and personalized reengagement efforts.
4. Data Reporting & Continuous Optimization
- Own performance dashboards and reporting for acquisition metrics (CPC CTR ROAS CAC etc..
- Translate data into actionable insights and present findings regularly to internal stakeholders.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and experimentation to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Oversee and improve marketing tech stack including tracking attribution and automation tools.
Key Skills & Experience
- 2 years of experience in digital performance marketing with handson media buying across paid search social and display.
- Strong analytical skills with a datadriven mindset and deep familiarity with marketing KPIs attribution models and budget management.
- Proven ability to scale traffic while improving efficiency and ROI.
- Experience in ecommerce or a fastpaced DTC environment is a plus.
- Expertise in Google Ads Meta Business Manager GA4 and performance reporting tools like Looker Tableau or similar.
- Strong collaboration skills; able to work across teams and with external partners or agencies.
- A/B testing experience and proficiency in campaign experimentation.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
