Job Description

Overview
The HR Manager plays a vital role in fostering a positive workplace environment and aligning the HR departments strategies with the overall goals of the organization. This position is pivotal in managing various human resources functions ensuring compliance with labor laws and promoting employee engagement. The HR Manager serves as a liaison between management and team members helping to cultivate a culture of trust transparency and accountability. By addressing employee concerns and implementing effective HR policies the HR Manager enhances productivity and morale within the company. The HR Manager will also oversee recruitment onboarding and training processes ensuring that the organization attracts and retains top talent. Additionally by analyzing employee performance metrics and establishing development programs they ensure that employees are wellequipped to meet both current and future business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage recruitment efforts including job postings and candidate screening.
  • Oversee onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Facilitate training and development programs for staff.
  • Handle employee relations and conflict resolution issues.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  • Support the employee lifecycle including promotions and terminations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports and present data to management.
  • Implement and reinforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Investigate workplace complaints and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with management to outline the employee experience.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HR information systems (HRIS).
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in performance management processes.
  • Experience in organizing training sessions and workshops.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and decisionmaking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • HR certifications (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) preferred.
  • Experience in employee engagement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with compensation and benefits administration.
  • Strong project management skills.
