Job description
The ideal candidate is a detailoriented team player will handle all the resources and coordination from a technical standpoint. You must set and achieve objectives ensure both top quality and control of the project handle client and vendor interaction and act as the subject expert.
Responsibilities
- Strong Experience on any tech stack such as Node JS Angular knowledge.
- Solid experience in managing Cloud Technologies AWS (Must Have / Mandatory) projects
- Project planning monitoring controlling and closure of deliverables
- Solid experience in client management team management
- Solid experience in Agile Methodologies preferably holding any certifications with End to end implementation of Agile
- Experience in supporting Presales and preparing SOW s
- Exposure to ISO and CMMI Audits
- Control the entire project life cycle
- Works closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project
- Implementing bestpractice KPIs and Metrics tools and processes to drive efficient delivery
- Mentor Motivate and encourage the team members to build a high performing team
- Priories the product backlog by working closely with the product owner
- Clearly define and communicate requirements and plan to the team and stakeholders
- Ensure Quality with ontime delivery of agreed deliverable are met
Qualifications and Other Role Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
- Familiar with Scrum and AGILE methodologies
- Experience of 10 years & 2 years as TPM
- Strong client interfacing and communication skills
