Job Description

This is a remote position.

Scope

1. Business Development:

Gather and analyze data on power grids distribution utilities and contestable

markets for the establishment of the Renewstable® powerplants in both ongrid and

offgrid areas in Mindanao.

Prepare and update investment presentations to support decisions of the company;

as well as presentations to local and national conferences to promote the Company s

solutions.

Develop program and implement stakeholder relationship engagement plans with

potential business partners (investors lenders regulator offtakers... government

agencies local governments and project host communities including other interest

groups and organizations in all phases of the Renewstable® project development

from its initiation to its commercial operations.

Strategize project development and competitive positions of the Company s

Renewstable® or Hypower® energy solutions to mainstream hydrogen technology in

Mindanao s transition into a green economy.

Collaborate with global teams in the conduct of grid studies environmental studies

and socioeconomics studies to improve and fast track the identification

development implementation and commissioning of viable and costeffective

projects.

Engage and coordinate with high level stakeholders in Mindanao : MinDA

Congressman Senator LGUs Electric Cooperatives...

2. Land Management Permitting and compliance:

Develop negotiate and implement land acquisition and landbanking strategies for

the prospective Renewstable® projects.

Conduct initial due diligence on the identified lands to ensure that these meet the

requirements of the Renewstable® projects.

Secure local and national permits and licenses for the projects including compliances

to local and national regulations in all phases of the Renewstable® project

development process.

Develop and update a compendium of regulatory and legal requirements in the

Philippine power sector

Requirements

Profile

Business Finance or engineering degree;

510 years of experience in the energy sector with demonstrated expertise in renewable

energy power purchase agreements policy and power system economics;

Experience with MinDA DOE ERC NPC NREA ECs and DFIs / Donor Programs are

fundamental ;

Selfstarter focused on delivering results without constant direction;

Highly organized approach to work and details oriented;

Excellent English written and oral communications skills : presentation during meetings

conferences...

Profile Business, Finance or engineering degree; 5-10 years of experience in the energy sector with demonstrated expertise in renewable energy, power purchase agreements, policy, and power system economics; Experience with MinDA, DOE, ERC, NPC, NREA, ECs, and DFIs / Donor Programs are fundamental ; Self-starter focused on delivering results without constant direction; Highly organized approach to work and details oriented; Excellent English, written and oral communications skills : presentation during meetings, conferences...
