You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are creating a maturity model to assess agencies digital capabilities. The base model has been defined.
We are now after a contractor (APS6/EL1 equivalent) to support the refinement of the digital maturity model focusing on how best to measure each pillar of the model develop the scoring rubric and define an analysis approach at both an agency and whole of government level.
The model is anticipated to produce an overall maturity rating as well as scoring of individual digital maturity pillars. The scoring model will need to account for differences in agency size and function. The successful candidate will need to have a sufficient understanding of statistical and other relevant methodologies to propose a workable scoring system.
The data is intended to be used by agencies and the DTA for longitudinal analyses with the aim to measure change overtime resulting from planned interventions (e.g. Time Series Analysis).
The key duties:
Build team capability in areas such as survey design and rubric development developing meaningful insights and communicating with impact.
Experience in survey validation and developing scoring frameworks
Experience in survey design survey analysis and reporting
Ability to design an analysis plan for individual responses comparison across cohorts and longitudinally
Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication including the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to nontechnical audiences
A current baseline security clearance
Tertiary qualifications in statistics mathematics survey design business analytics or economics/econometrics or other relevant degree
