Were growing fast and we need a resultsdriven Sales Team Lead (SDR Manager) to help us take our performance to the next level.

About the Role
This is a fastpaced highaccountability role with a clear focus on outcomes. Youll be responsible for leading managing and coaching our Growth Team (SDRs) while partnering directly with leadership on client success campaign strategy and performance improvements.
We dont just want someone to manage people. We want a builder: someone who can set up scalable processes coach reps into high performers optimize workflows using AI/automation and actively drive client success alongside our leadership team.
You should have a sales/business development background and be capable of having strategic highlevel discussions with clients about lead generation pipeline building and sales growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership &Team Management
Lead daily huddles performance checkins and weekly EOS Level 10 meetings with the Growth Team.
Drive accountability through transparent KPIs regular 1:1 sessions and clear performance management.
Build a culture of ownership solution orientation and continuous improvement.
Client Growth &Success
Participate in onboarding workshops helping translate client goals into actionable outreach strategies.
Partner closely with the Client Success team to share performance insights campaign feedback and growth recommendations.
Challenge clients thoughtfully when needed and maintain proactive strategic conversations.
Sales Campaign &Optimization
Coach Growth Consultants (SDRs) on cold outreach best practices: copywriting prospecting objection handling and social selling.
Stay ahead of industry trends: tools AIdriven workflows sales methodologies.
Lead of highperforming outbound campaigns across email LinkedIn video and phone.
Systems Processes and Automation
Maintain and optimize CRM (SalesOS) records for transparent performance tracking.
Identify workflow inefficiencies propose scalable solutions and leverage automation where possible.
Help document best practices and create SOPs for ongoing training and scale.
Who Were Looking For
3 years of experience in B2B sales business development or lead generation.
12 years of experience managing SDRs/BDRs or sales teams.
Fluent in English (German is a major plus many of our clients are from the DACH region).
Strong understanding of outbound prospecting cold emailing cold calling and LinkedIn outreach.
Highly organized structured thinker with a bias toward action and ownership.
Proactive solutionsoriented and unafraid to challenge the team and clients when needed.
Comfortable running clientfacing meetings workshops and strategic discussions.
Bonus: Experience implementing systems/processes building SOPs and using automation/AI tools to improve workflows.
