We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As the Financial Controller you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our organization ensuring accuracy compliance and strategic financial management.
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Finance department
- Direct and coordinate financial planning and budget management functions
- Analyze monthly operating results against budget and prepare financial forecasts
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with local and international accounting standards
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial processes
- Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support decisionmaking
- Oversee tax planning and compliance with Saudi Arabian financial regulations
- Develop and mentor finance team members to build a highperforming department
- Collaborate with other departments to drive financial efficiency and costsaving initiatives
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data in all systems and reports
Qualifications :
- MBA in Finance or related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management with at least 3 years in a senior role
- Indepth knowledge of financial analysis budgeting forecasting and reporting
- Proficiency in advanced accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian financial regulations and reporting standards
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing teams
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Experience in implementing and optimizing financial processes and controls
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Strong ethical standards and a high level of professional integrity
- Fluency in English and Arabic both written and spoken
