Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide technical advice and guidance to the organizations operations teams stakeholders and management on technical matters related to operations.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implementing changes to optimize technical systems processes or infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that impact operations and developing solutions to prevent failure occurrences.
- Developing and implementing maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability and availability of technical systems processes or infrastructure.
- Ensuring that technical systems processes or infrastructure comply with relevant regulations standards and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Must have an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with Poly.
- 8 years of IC professional experience to include at least 3 years of experience with our client
- Bachelors degree in relevant field of study Computer Science Engineering or other related technical discipline.
- Four 4 years of Military/Civilian DoD/Government and IC experience may be substituted for the Bachelors degree.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with: Service Now Website maintenance Web based training Task manager tools
