Job Description
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Business Analyst who will be responsible for providing financial acumen and business support to the Connected team (think technology meets business and finance). This includes developing and monitoring of budget/forecast building of business case forecasts developing and tracking of KPIs and working closely with crossfunctional teams to support strategies that enhance our customers experiences.
You will work closely with IOT functional owners to understand their strategic initiatives beyond just the financials. You will learn the key business drivers and the capabilities that each project unlocks for the organization in order to provide visibility to management on the value proposition and KPIs and ultimately to optimize the ROI of our investments.
This position will serve Rheems Enterprise Division located in Atlanta GA (Hybrid).
Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Participate in budgetingforecasting modelling tracking and analyzing financial performance. Identify and provide guidance on potential opportunities challenges and risks escalating when appropriate.
- Perform and coordinate multiyear projectbased financial analysis and business case forecasting to support strategic initiatives
Business Operations
- Prepare regular and adhoc financial and business reports including KPI tracking and work closely with crossfunctional teams to support building new dashboard requirements
- Support creation of leadership and executive presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Economics Finance or related field
- 02 years of relevant internship or business experience in financial planning and analysis and business case forecasting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and other Office365 tools
- Excellent communication collaboration and leadership skills with the ability to effectively work with large teams
- An innovative solutionfirst spirit and an ability to think creatively
- Able to work with crossfunctional teams (e.g. product managers engineers business teams) and external subject matter experts
- Exceptional attention to detail analytical and problemsolving skills
- Positive attitude and selfstarter

- Passion for growth and staying uptodate with the latest trends and technologies in IoT
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the HVAC or Water Heater Industry is a plus
