Job Vacancy: Customer Advisor Contact Centre

Location: Officebased Premium Darnley
Department: Customer Contact Centres / Customer Engagement
Salary: 22000 basic with an OTE of 30000 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week on a rota basis covering MondaySunday.

About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Advisor where youll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience for Lookers. Working closely with our dealership sales and aftersales teams youll drive bookings and appointments while upholding the brands high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Book service MOT and maintenance appointments with a focus on customer retention and upsell opportunities through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all customer sales enquiries via phone email and live chat.
  • Meet and exceed customer service expectations by maintaining strong relationships with customers and adhering to all brand and manufacturer standards.
  • Utilise Lookers technologies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to work in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
  • Awareness of industry standards and data protection regulations.

Our contact centres operate Monday to Friday 8:00 am 7:00 pm Saturday 9:00 am 5:00 pm and Sunday/Bank Holidays 10:00 am 4:00 pm. Shifts are scheduled on a rota basis with potential changes communicated one month in advance.
