Job Description

What Youll Do:
- Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding
- Coordinate and lead employee orientations
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee files
- Support recruiting efforts including scheduling interviews and candidate communication
- Provide general office support (filing data entry phones etc.
- Be a goto for daytoday HR and admin needs
What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience in HR or administrative support is required
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- Previous experience as a recruiter is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Friendly helpful and professional attitude
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and general office technology
Position Details:
- Parttime Monday through Friday
- Choose your schedule: 9:00 AM 2:00 PM or 10:00 AM 3:00 PM
- Office located in Westfield Indiana
