Job Description
We are looking for a Client Service Manager to drive sales and revenue growth by building strong relationships with clients in the Charlotte NC area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
Location: Wilmington NC 28401
Pay: $60000 $70000 Base Salary Commissions.
Requirements
- 2 years of clientfacing experience in stormwater or aquatic services
- Sales relationship development or customer service experience
- College degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work well in a team environment independent thought and critical thinking business acumen and an internal motivation to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Pursues new leads generated by existing client base digital campaigns and tradeshows.
- Responds to and acknowledges all client inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
- Identify and target potential clients through research and data mining
- Connect with decisionmakers via phone and email
- Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and requests
- Estimate and generate proposals for new and existing clients
- Recommend additional services to current clients
- Develop and implement relationshipbuilding programs (e.g. site meetings lunch & learns etc.
- Perform physical tasks such as driving walking on steep slopes bending and kneeling
