Job Description

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $97200.00 in our lowest geographic market to $217700.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidates location qualifications skills and experience.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced Retail Brand Marketing Lead for Nike Stores to join our growing team who is an entrepreneurial creative problem solver a great teammate and able to thrive in ambiguous situations. We are looking for someone that appreciates the art of creative thinking ability to lead multiple tasks and build strong working relationships across a matrixed organization and external partners. Collaboration brief development project management communication and creativity will be vital pieces of the role.

This position will play a key role in developing retail brand marketing strategies and plans for brand moment campaigns consumer and city moments product launches to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication leadership knowledge and organization skills a proven track record developing and carrying out consumercentric marketing plans and have the capacity to multitask in a fastpaced environment. The candidate should also possess digital competence when making decisions connected to the Nike digital ecosystem. The role requires critical and analytical thinking creativity and teamwork across all City Geo partners.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will work closely with the North America Brand Marketing team Store Merchants and the Visual Merchandizing & Styling team and Store business partners to align on key seasonal and 365 product stories for the geo. You will be responsible for understanding both the art and science of marketing; obsessing the business consumer insights and the creative ways we tell our product stories in store. As the retail brand marketing expert you will partner closely with the concept marketing teams to assist in building the wholistic seasonal store brand plan across concepts and ensure that the product stories are properly represented. You will partner with Global Geo and City retail marketing teams to set adopt and enrich seasonal Retail Brand strategies that define the vision for product presentation communication and consumer experience in North America. You will also work closely with the Retail Design team to build the vision for how the product storytelling and experiences comes to life in store.

You will be obsess the endtoend consumer experience across Nike Direct Store concepts. You will lead and drive endtoend Retail Brand marketing plans that serve the consumer from ideation to in partnership with key team members across the organization. Coordinating across teams to drive efficiency alignment. You will craft and deliver Retail Brand Marketing plans centered on consumer engagement that aligned with city brand business priorities anchored in clear KPIs. The candidate should have an understanding of analytics New York city Marketplace and previous experience on working on retail Brand marketing function.

Youll be part of the NYC Retail Brand Marketing Team (focusing on Nike Direct) along with a variety of functional teammates and partners across NYC & NA. You will be an integral part of the team identifying industry shifts across retail sport and culture and then partnering crossfunctionally & crosscategorically to shape how we build deep connections with our consumers and communities.

A TYPICAL DAY/WEEK LOOKS LIKE

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

As a member of the NYC Retail Brand Marketing team you will report to the NYC Retail Marketing Director. You will collaborate daily with the Nike Stores Concept teams Visual Merchandising & Styling Stores Merchants Retail Brand Design Brand Marketing Digital Brand teams Global teams and City/Territory teams all with the goal to tell amazing stories deliver impactful experiences and increase awareness and sales in the marketplace. On a daily/weekly basis you will work closely with the NYC Brand Marketing team on seasonal/initiative projects from brief planning to to ensure plans are connected to seasonal brand strategy and brand voice. Building positive relationships and collaborating with crossfunctional teams will be imperative to your success.
