The Dun & Bradstreet Summer InternshipProgramruns onsite for10weeks during thesummer months.#TeamDNBSummer Interns willbe introduced toourwinningculture through handson learningexperiencesand exposure to realbusinessprojects. People Team Internship:
We have an exciting opportunity available for a summer 2025 intern on the People team at Dun & Bradstreet! We are looking for a motivated intern to join our People Analytics team. In this role you will be part of a lean team where youll wear multiple hats acting as a data analyst consultant and data scientist. You will collaborate with various stakeholders within the People Team gaining comprehensive knowledge about people data. Together we will push the boundaries of data visualizations storytelling and the use of generative AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with internal stakeholders (HR Center of Excellence) to understand their challenges and translate them into data questions
- Develop hypotheses and employ a diverse toolkit of analytical approaches to test them
- Clean transform and analyze large datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Design and create comprehensive HR dashboards using Power BI and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders
- Provide support in adhoc data analysis and reporting tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of HR metrics and data
- Experience with statistical analyses including fundamentals (e.g. ANOVAs or regressions) and with advanced approaches (e.g. network analysis predictive modeling)
- Experience using Python or other tools for statistical analysis and data visualization
- Familiarity with generative AI models and APIs
- Advanced Excel knowledge and experience
- Demonstrated experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Education Qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled in a fouryear accredited degree program and be eligible to return to the program upon completion of the internship
- Fall/Winter 2025 or Spring 2026 graduation date highly preferred
- Currently pursuing undergraduate or masters degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration Information Systems Social Sciences or related course of study preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Dun & Bradstreet is headquartered in Jacksonville FL with offices throughout the U.S. and globally.
2025 Summer Intern candidates for this role should have the ability to work in our Jacksonville FL office.
