Job Description
Finance Systems Analyst Customer Master
Responsibilities:
This candidate will be working in Oracle R12/EBS system in the TCA Module (Customer Master) to:
- Ensure we have the correct legal entity Names and addresses
- No duplicates
- Activate and deactivate account sites or business purposes as requires
In addition this candidate will utilize Microsoft Dynamics FSM Module and process requests from a Dashboard to assist users in linking Dynamics accounts to Oracle Accounts/Sites.
Create and maintain Standard Work for linking data between Oracle and FSM as well as provide training videos or live chat training with users when a change is made or a negative trend is identified.
Assist in meetings about problems and improvement changes and/or system implementations
Field questions and problems from CSRs and Lab personnel that pertain to setup and linkage of data between Oracle and FSM system
Requirements:
Degree or equivalent experience in Business Legal or at least 3years experience working in a customer master system
Prior experience working in Master Data management tool/system would be helpful
Must be a logicbased problem solver who enjoys puzzles can connect and communicate with people from all levels of business across functions and available to work with Global teams when vital.
Oracle EBS would be preferred along with knowledge of DNBi tool and familiarity with reading D&B Reports.
