Job Title: Administrative & Mobility Support Executive
Location: Noida
Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel across multiple locations as required
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented professional to manage administrative and mobility support functions including car and house lease management internal coordination and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will support foreign national employees with leaserelated processes ensure smooth coordination with internal teams such as Finance legal and Procurement and maintain accurate data records. Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to travel are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage endtoend car lease and house lease processes registration of leases in registrar office including handover and takeover procedures
Coordinate with internal teams such as Finance legal Procurement and Administration for approvals and documentation
Provide operational support for foreign nationals including housing transportation and settlingin services
Act as a liaison between employees landlords leasing agencies and internal departments
Maintain accurate data and documentation related to lease agreements out of pocket expenses and employee records
Ensure timely processing of invoices reimbursements and related financial documentation
Support the development and implementation of process improvements in lease and mobility management
Assist in policy adherence and ensure compliance with legal and organizational guidelines
Travel to different office locations or employee accommodations as needed for inspection or coordination
Provide reports and updates to stakeholders regularly
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administrationor related field
24 years of experience in administrative or mobilityrelated roles preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and data management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook)
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
Flexibility to travel frequently based on operational needs
