About the Role
Essity Health and Medical Solutions is looking for an experienced Brand Manager who will be accountable for brand building in local markets in line with global brand strategies.
The ideal candidate should live in Philadelphia or Charlotte.

What You Will Do
- Local Markets brand owner overall responsible of Brand P/L brand building and profitable market share development
- Leads annual brand plans: owns brand A&P and defines brand activation touch points in line with global guidance.
- Responsible of marketing local implementation usage of global material reduction of nonworking in markets maximization of digital & paid media
- Leads Brand & Innovation campaign activation tracking and corrective actions.
- Owns Brand assortment product management and pricing in line with global guidance. Drives Assortment initiatives together with global partners (SC GPM GBIS PMI)
- Brand Building expert toward health care providers payers clinicians and consumers.
- Identifies and supports generation of required clinical evidence for allocated product range and therapy areas
Who You Are
- Bachelors Degree
- 2 years experience in a Brand Manager role in healthcare preferred
- Financial acumen and understanding
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to set Marketing Plans
- Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic
- Travel up to 20
