Description of the role
The Appointment Coordinator/ Receptionist at Kia Country of Hilton Head will be responsible for managing appointments greeting visitors and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about the company
- Shuttle customers when needed
- make after service follow up calls
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
