Administrative Assistant 1 - Residential Life

The University of Nevada Reno is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant 1 for Residential Lifes Front Desk. **This position does not provide layoff rights and is contingent upon funding.** The major purpose of this position is to provide safety security support and service to a residential community from midnight to 8am. This position plays a key role in providing additional administrative support to both Administrative Assistant 2 and Administrative Assistant 3 including but not limited to: resident/ key audits charging student accounts calendar scheduling and assigned special projects. This role will also serve as a point of contact and/or provide additional resources to student staff for situations that do not merit a call to an oncall staff member. The ideal candidate is detailoriented dependable and committed to providing excellent service during nontraditional hours.
