TASQ is currently seeking a Knowledgebase Manager for the Financial Service Desk in Taguig. The prescreening interview will be conducted via phone.
**Position Overview: Knowledgebase Manager Service Desk Financial (Taguig)**
**Work Setup:** Onsite (BGC Taguig)
**Requirements:**
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a service desk line of business within the BPO industry.
At least 2 years of experience in managing a knowledge base (KB).
Proven experience in creating maintaining and updating knowledge base articles for a service desk account.
ITIL Certification is an advantage.
Experience in web design is also beneficial.
