Job Description

TASQ is looking for an onsite HR onboarding manager position in Taguig. The prescreening interview will be conducted via phone.

**Position Overview: HR Onboarding Manager (Taguig)**

**Key Responsibilities:**

The individual in this role will oversee the onboarding team responsible for generating reports and analytics renewing contracts with recruitment partners managing risks and compliance related to preemployment documentation and medical examinations to meet company standards as well as government and client requirements while also governing internal and external audits.

**Qualifications:**

Bachelors degree in a related field

8 to 10 years of comprehensive BPO recruitment experience

At least 4 years of experience specifically in BPO recruitment onboarding with more than 5 years in leadership roles

Demonstrated expertise in recruitment analytics reporting and risk and compliance management

Must be available to work fulltime onsite at our BGC Taguig office

Open to working graveyard shifts

Willing to work on weekends and holidays as required by the business

Audit and compliance experience is essential along with a willingness to work during graveyard shifts

The hiring manager prefers candidates with a background in onboarding and compliance particularly focused on a towerspecific organizational structure.
