TASQ is urgently seeking an onsite call center process excellence consultant in Cebu. The prescreening interview will take place over the phone.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in process improvement and quality.
Preferred: Experience with Six Sigma methodologies or certifications.
**Knowledge Required:**
Proficient in root cause analysis Lean methodologies corrective and preventive actions and quality concepts.
