Job Description
TASQ is urgently seeking an onsite senior transition manager. The prescreening interview will take place over the phone.
**Position Overview: Senior Transition Manager (Pasay)**
**Work Setup:** Onsite (Pasay)
**Shift:** Mid Shift
**Responsibilities:**
Oversee the transition of processes with full accountability.
Collaborate closely with clients on onsite projects.
Provide ontheground assessments and recommendations regarding process reengineering and the feasibility of offshoring.
Engage extensively with business users senior management and IT personnel within the company.
Lead client engagements to ensure consistent service delivery.
Support business development in select accounts.
**Education Requirements:**
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any field.
PMP or PgMP certification is preferred.
**Work Experience Requirements:**
Over 10 years of experience primarily in a BPO environment.
At least 3 years of experience in transition processes within the BPO sector.
Must have practical experience in migrating processes.
Experience in program management for small to mediumsized projects is required.
